Is Insurance part of my membership? 
Yes.  To view the specific coverages included, please visit our coverage page.

How long is my membership and insurance effective? 
Membership with insurance is active for one (1) year from the date you sign up. 

Can I join and have coverage for less than a year?
No, we do not pro-rate coverage or have membership levels for less than one (1) year.

When is my membership and insurance active?
Instantly! As soon as your application and payment is received, your membership and insurance are active. Applications take less than 10 minutes!

How do I get proof of my insurance?
Confirmation is instantly sent to you via email, and your official insurance documents (including policy) are available in your account center 24/7.
Simply login to your account and click "my policies". Here you will see all policies purchased and will be able to download those as a .pdf for printing or saving.

I am a Member and need to add an additional insured.  Now what do I do?
Simply log back in to your account. Under the policy screen, you should see an option of adding additional insured. Enter required information, email, and/or print your certificate.

How do I renew my membership?
Members receive an email reminder approximately 30 and 10 days before renewal date. Members can renew online in their account center or through their mailed invoice.
